- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp Milk
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies

Instructions
- Divide the topping into 8 equal portions and keep aside.
- Place the bread slices on a clean, dry surface and brush it lightly with little butter and place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Put a portion of the topping on each baked bread slices and spread evenly. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Cut the toast into slices and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
