Ingredients
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup mushrooms cut into quarters, khumb
- 1 cup small cauliflower florets blanched
- 2 whole dry kashmiri red chillies broken
- 2 cloves garlic chopped, lehsun
- 2 Spring onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped thyme or dry thyme
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the red chillies and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the spring onions, bean sprouts and thyme and sauté for 2 more minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and cauliflower and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the soya sauce and salt and mix well.
- Serve hot.
