- 150 grams of green chilies chopped
- 1/2 cup gingelly oil
- 2 tbsp urad dal
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Hing
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of the oil and fry the urad dal until golden pan.
- Remove the dal and in the same pan fry the green chilies for three minutes.
- Grind the chilies with the salt, hing and tamarind.
- Add the dal to the mixture and grind again.
- Fry the mustard seeds and jaggery for a minute in the remaining oil.
- Then, sauté the green chilly mixture for three minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the heat, allow it to cool and store in a dry bottle.
