Pan Fried Noodles
A meal by itself. The evergreen combination of mushrooms and green peas prepared the chinese way and served on a bed of crispy pan fried noodles makes a perfect main course.

Instructions
For the noodles
  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  2. Spread the noodles and cook over a slow flame until the noodles are lightly browned at the bottom. Turn them over gently and cook the other side until the noodles are lightly browned.
For the vegetables
  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on a high flame, add the garlic and green chillies and fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add the mushrooms and green peas and sauté them for a few minutes.
  3. Mix the soya sauce, cornflour paste and salt and cook till the sauce thickens. Keep aside.
How to proceed
  1. Transfer the noodles onto a serving plate and top with the vegetables.
  2. Serve immediately.
