Ingredients
- 3 cups boiled noodles
- 2 tbsp Oil
For The Vegetables
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced, khumbh
- 1 cup green peas parboiled
- 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped, lehsun
- 1 green chillies finely chopped
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 cup tbsp cornflour mixed with water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
For the noodles
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
- Spread the noodles and cook over a slow flame until the noodles are lightly browned at the bottom. Turn them over gently and cook the other side until the noodles are lightly browned.
For the vegetables
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan on a high flame, add the garlic and green chillies and fry for a few seconds.
- Add the mushrooms and green peas and sauté them for a few minutes.
- Mix the soya sauce, cornflour paste and salt and cook till the sauce thickens. Keep aside.
How to proceed
- Transfer the noodles onto a serving plate and top with the vegetables.
- Serve immediately.
