Instructions
- In a pan, dry roast all the ingredients except the rice and tempering ingredients until golden brown.
- Add salt to taste and grind to a fine powder.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the ingredients required for tempering. Allow to splutter and remove from flame.
- Add rice in a bowl and mix with peanut powder and tempered items.
- Serve hot!

You can also add a few cashewnuts to the tempering.
