Pinocchio Roasted Fish Recipe
Geppetto makes a delicious feast to celebrate Pinocchio’s first day at school including a lemon roasted fish for Figaro. The fish looks tempting with lemon slices and dollops of butter on top. So lets try this recipe and dig in!

Ingredients
- 1 whole bass
- kosher salt to taste
- olive oil as needed
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 tsp bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp Parsley
- lemon for seasoning
- pepper for seasoning
- 1 tsp fennel
- 4 cloves garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 10 stuffed green olives

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking tray with foil.
- After gutting the fish, oil and salt the fish on the inside and out.
- Stuff the bass with 3-4 lemon slices, garlic, cherry tomatoes and olives.
- Put the herbs inside and outside the fish.
- Pack the fish in the foil.
- Bake it for around 35 minutes till the fish is flaky.
