Prawn Lonvas Recipe
This is a popular Goan dish among Goans in Mumbai. It’s mildly spicy and uses coconut milk and bottle masala as its chief flavours.
Bottle masala is a local masala in Mumbai used by East Indians and kolis in many dishes; any Goan speciality store should have it.
Serve the Lonvas with bread and steamed rice.
