Pumpkin Apple Soup Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - 4 slices bacon diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 red apples diced
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 celery rib chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1 cup ⁄4white wine
- 1 cup ⁄2apple cider
- 2 1 cups ⁄2canned pumpkin
- 2 quarts chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 Bay Leaf
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup Cream

    Instructions
    
                - Take a large pot or pan and add the bacon and cook until they become crisp.
- Now, add butter, apples, celery, carrots and garlic.
- Let it cook in the bacon grease until it becomes soft.
- Now, add the wine, cider and stock. Add pumpkin puree and herbs.
- Let this mixture simmer on the flame for one hour.
- Now take the mixture and add to mixie or blender and blend with cream.
