Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together with water to form a vada-like mixture consistency.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
  3. Make small balls out of the mixture and flatten it by pressing between your hands (don’t make it too thick or too thin).
  4. Fry on medium heat until golden-brown and crisp.
  5. Serve hot with chutney.
