- 1 cup rajgira flour
- cup ¼potatoes which have been boiled peeled and mashed
- 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
- tsp ½black pepper ground
- tsp ½salt
- Rajgira flour for rolling
- tablespoons A couple ofvegetable oil for cooking

Instructions
- Knead the cup of flour, potatoes, pepper and salt in a bowl, adding water until it becomes a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into four.
- Knead the portions of dough into balls.
- Using the rolling pin, roll the dough into circles with equal diameters.
- Heat a tava and sprinkle a few drops of oil onto it.
- Put the paratha on the tava and cook, flipping it over once.
- Cook until both sides turn a golden brown.
- Serve hot!

Serve with green chutney and curd.
