Raspberry Creamsicle Recipe

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup orange juice

Instructions
- Begin by making the vanilla ice cream for the creamsicle.
- For this, beat eggs, milk and sugar together till well combined.
- Now put this mixture in a saucepan and cook on a low flame and stirring continuously for 10 mins.
- Leave it aside to cool and when it does, add heavy cream and vanilla and mix till well combined.
- Put this in the refrigerator overnight or at least eight hours.
- Churn the mixture in your ice cream maker till done and let it freeze.
- For the raspberry creamsicle, blend the raspberries along with the juice in a blender till the mixture is smooth.
- Fill the moulds on each side with the puree and freeze it.
- Now fill the moulds on the other sides and freeze again.
- As the raspberry popsicle is frozen, fill it with the vanilla ice cream and freeze for a few more hours to completely set.
