Rava a.k.a. sooji a.k.a. semolina makes a kheer that is thick, rich, and pudding-like in texture. Complete with nuts and dry fruits, Rava Kheer is perfect for people who like their kheer thick and loaded with lots of taste and flavor. Follow this recipe to make some at home.

- 1 l Milk
- cup ¾rava
- cup ½sugar
- tsp ½cardamom powder
- 10 Almonds coarsely crushed
- 5 pistachios coarsely crushed
- 10-12 saffron strands
- 1 tsp ghee

Instructions
- Heat the khee in a pan.
- Lightly roast the sooji in ghee.
- Boil the milk in a separate pan.
- Add the sooji to the milk and stir well to avoid any lumps.
- Cook till you get your desired consistency and then add the sugar. Stir till sugar dissolves.
- Mix in the crushed almonds, pistachios, and saffron strands.
- Serve.
