Ingredients
- 1 kg Boneless Chicken
- 5 onions finely chopped
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 3 tsp coriander powder
- 5 tbsp rum
- Salt

Instructions
- Clean and wash the chicken.
- Lightly heat butter in a heavy bottomed kadai.
- Add the onions and saute on a low flame till golden.
- Add salt, turmeric, pepper, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste and saute for a raw mins.
- Cook on a low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Add coriander and garam masala powder and saute on a low flame for few minutes and then simmer.
- Cook till the chicken is tender, mixing at regular intervals.
- When the chicken is done, add rum and mix well. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
