Saravana Bhavan Corn Cheese Uthappam Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 1 chopped Green chillies
- oil or ghee as required
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 cup boiled corn
- 2 grated cheese cubes
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat up a non-stick pan and spread some batter on it.
- Add some of the onions, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander, red chilli powder and the corn spreading all over the top of the pancake.
- Sprinkle a little oil or ghee and cook the uttapam till golden brown at the base.
- Flip the uttapam and cook the vegetable side for about two minutes.
- Flip it again and sprinkle the cheese and it should melt in a few seconds.
- Serve hot.
