                - 1 cup roasted rice flour
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil

                - Take water in a wok along with salt and oil.
- Bring it to a boil and once it does, lower the flame and add the rice flour.
- Keep mixing till you see a dough-like consistency.
- Carefully as the dough is hot, wet your hands and knead the dough properly till smooth on a work surface.
- Now take the idiyappam press and run the dough through it and then place them in the steam plate.
