Ingredients
- 10-12 Bread slices
For The Topping
- 1/2 cup spring onions whites chopped
- 1/4 cup Spring onion greens chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots parboiled
- 1/2 cup French Beans finely chopped
- 1/2 cup capsicum finely chopped
- 2 tbsp celery finely chopped, ajmoda
- 1 cup boiled potatoes grated
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste

- 1/2 cup plain flour maida
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds til
- Oil for deep-frying

Instructions
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan over a high flame. Add the spring onion whites carrots, french beans, capsicum, celery and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, spring onion greens, soya sauce, chilli powder and salt and cook for a few more minutes. Cool the mixture.
- Spread a little mixture on each bread slice and press well by hand to make an even layer.
How to proceed
- Make a paste of the flour with ½ cup of water. Apply this paste over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the vegetables and press them down gently.
- Deep fry the bread slices in hot oil over a medium flame until they are golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Cut each slice into 4 long strips and arrange on a serving plate.
- Serve hot, dotted with chilli sauce.
