- 1/3 cup Shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups homemade yoghurt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 250 grams hulled strawberries
- 1/2 small peeled and chopped pineapple
- 2 passionfruit pulp
- 1 peeled and chopped mango

Instructions
- Firstly begin the process of making the yoghurt by toasting the shredded coconut on a saucepan.
- It will take about two minutes to turn golden over medium flame.
- Remove the coconut at this stage from heat and keep aside for cooling.
- Once it cools down, mix it with the yoghurt and brown sugar in a bowl till well combined.
- Arrange the fruits on serving plates or bowls, drizzle the coconut yoghurt and serve.
- You can also keep the ready fruit salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to serve chilled.
