Made famous by its presence on Carnival Cruise Lines’ menu, this innovative dish serves the purpose of both a starter and a finisher. The addition of grand marnier gives it a unique boozy touch, which your senses are all too eager to discover.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kgs of fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 cups of vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup of half and half or light cream
- 1/4 cup of Grand Marnier French Liquer optional
- 2 cups of whipped cream for garnish
- Fresh mint springs for garnish

Instructions
- Cut the strawberries into bite sized pieces and place them in a food processor.
- Blend them until the strawberries are pureed
- Add the sugar and blend again until the sugar is fully incorporated into the strawberries
- Pour the mixture into a large sieve placed over a bowl to remove the seeds
- To this mixture, add the yogurt, half and half and grand marnier (optional).
- Whisk this mixture until all ingredients are well combined
- Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- To serve, pour this mixture into small bowls and top it with whipped cream and mint sprigs
