- 3/4 cup of peeled and grated sweet potato
- 2 1/2 cup of Full Fat Milk
- 5 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 pinches of saffron strands
- 2 tbsp of Milk
- 1/4 tbsp of cardamom powder

Instructions
- Boil the milk in a non-stick pan.
- Add the sweet potatoes and cook on a slow flame for 15 minutes or till the potatoes are tender, while stirring occasionally.
- Cook the sweet potatoes in the milk for 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Now, add the saffron and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
- Allow it cool for a while and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled garnished with almond and pistachio slivers
