Ingredients
- 12 whole dry kashmiri red chillies soakedwarm for 15 minutes
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic lehsun
- 4 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil til
- 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Drain out all the water from the chillies and discard it.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer except the oil and blend into a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl and keep aside.
- Heat the oil to smoking point and pour over the chilli-garlic paste. Mix well, allow it to cool and store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
- Uses as required.
