Thai-One-On Pizza

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Thai chili garlic sauce
- 6 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 pound prepared pizza crust uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 mango peeled, pitted and cut into thin slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp dry roasted peanuts chopped
- 1 lime sliced into 4 pieces

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Whisk the peanut butter, chili garlic sauce and coconut milk together.
- Spread the pizza crust with the sauce and top it with the chicken and mango.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza.
- Bake for 12 minute until the cheese melts.
- Take the pizza out of the oven and top it with the bean sprouts, mint and nuts.
- Serve with the lime and enjoy!
