Thai Slaw Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cabbage shredded
- 1/4 seedless European cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper seeds and slices
- 4 scallions sliced
- 20 Fresh Basil Leaves shredded
- toasted sesame seeds
For the dressing
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions
- Mix all the vegetables in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a sealable container and shake the container for a minute.
- Pour the dressing into the vegetables and toss the salad.
- Allow the salad to sit for ten minutes, and toss again.
- Garnish the salad with sesame seeds and serve.
