Thai-Style Broccoli With Garlic

- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4 large garlic cloves chopped

Instructions
- Whisk the sugar into the fish sauce.
- Boil the broccoli for three minutes.
- Drain the broccoli.
- Warm the oil over medium heat in a wok and fry the garlic for three to four minutes.
- Seep the oil out of the garlic using a paper towel.
- Add the fish sauce to the remaining oil and sauté the broccoli in it for a few minutes.
- Place the broccoli in a serving dish and top with the garlic.
- Serve!
