Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- 2 red peppers (jalapenos Serranos or cayennes)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp Water

Instructions
- Blend the garlic, red peppers, sugar, water, vinegar and salt in a food processor.
- Put this puree in a saucepan and allow the mixture to boil.
- Once it boils, turn the heat down and allow it to simmer for three minutes.
- Add a little water to the corn-starch until it becomes watery.
- Stir in the pureed mixture.
- Boil this mixture for a minute, and then take it off the stove.
- Allow the mixture to cool and then store in a fridge.
