Turkish Mocha Pots
Ever wonder what your coffee would taste like when it gets the added bonus of blending with chocolate and spices? You don’t have to wonder anymore because this Turkish Mocha Pots recipe is all that you ever wanted in a coffee cup, chocolate, coffee and a slight hint of spices.
This decadent chocolate dessert is a variation of the traditional mocha pots recipes only with an added fragrance and taste of exquisite spices, giving it that Turkish flavours. This is the perfect dessert to warm up to on a cold wintery night sitting in front of a fireplace with some good scotch or brandy and Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Oh, what a night.

Instructions
In a large saucepan, add the milk and cream along with the cardamom and cinnamon
Bring this mixture to a boil and then remove from heat
Strain the mixture to remove all the spices and let it cool for 30 minutes
Add together the sugar, cornflour and coffee in a saucepan
Stir in the milk and cream slowly so it doesn't form lumps
Set the saucepan on medium heat and bring this mixture to a boil while continuing to stir
Remove from heat once it reaches a boil
Whisk in the chocolate, butter and vanilla mix thoroughly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth
Pour this mixture into 6 coffee mugs and cover it with cling film
Refrigerate this mixture for at least 2 hours so the mixture can firm up
Top it with some icing sugar or whipped cream and serve
