- 100 g softened butter
- 100 g castor sugar
- 100 g Refined Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 egg

Instructions
- In a bowl, beat egg, add softened butter, baking powder, sugar and combine together
- In a wide non-stick skillet pan, melt butter and brown sugar
- Lay down the pineapple slices over the caramelized mixture. Insert a cherry in between every pineapple slice
- Fold in refined flour to the wet ingredients bowl
- Spread this mixture over the pineapple slices
- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or till skewer comes out clean
- Turn the pan over a cake board / serving dish
- Serve when chilled
