Instructions
- Clean and dice the vegetables into cubes.
- Now, add 1/2 cup water to the vegetables and add them to the pressure cooker.
- Now add slit green chillies, turmeric powder and pepper powder and pressure cook them for two whisteles.
- Once the pressure is released, transfer the cooked vegetables into a vessel, add salt to taste and allow to boil for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- In a bowl add all the curds. Now whisk well.
- Then add to the vegetables
- Let it simmer till the curry froths up.
- Turn the flame off. Drizzle coconut oil and add a few curry leaves.
