Ingredients
- 2 cups Macaroni Pasta
- 1/2 cup carrots finely chopped
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Salt as per taste
- 4-5 tsp Oil
- 2-3 tbsp Tomato sauce
- little Mustard seeds
- Curry Leaves few
- asafoetida powder a pinch
- coriander leaves few
Optional
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1/4 cup capsicum chopped
- 2 tblsp Spring onions to garnish

Instructions
- Heat a pan of salted water over medium flame.
- Add the macaroni pasta and cook until aldente.
- Drain well and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
- Fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida powder for 30 seconds.
- Add the carrots, macaroni, tomato sauce, red chilli powder and stir well.
- Cook for a minute or two.
- Remove from flame and add lemon juice.
- Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve at once.
