Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed potatoes 2 large
- cup ½Green Peas
- 1 cup carrot 1 large
- cup ½beans chopped 6 to 8
- 6 cup tbsp breadcrumbs or ½thick poha or roasted besan
- 2 tbsp. besan or rice flour or corn flour chickpea flour
- tsp ¾ginger grated
- tsp ½ to ¾garam masala
- Salt + as needed
- leaves Corianderhandful chopped
- Oil as needed

Instructions
- Steam or boil veggies until just done. Drain any excess moisture and mash them well.
- Add breadcrumbs, salt, ginger, garam masala, and chilies to the veggies and mix everything well into a non-sticky dough.
- Make 13 to 14 patties and set aside.
- Make a slightly thin batter of besan or rice flour. Dip each patty in the batter on both the sides.
- Place them on the breadcrumbs. Place them aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Heat oil for shallow frying and fry them on both the side until golden.
- Serve with chutney.
