- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Take a large sieve and sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt through it.
- In another bowl, mix water and oil together and in the center of the flour mixture pour this oil mixture and stir till blended and lumpy.
- Heat oil in a pan and put one-third of the batter and spread it just a little to give a pancake shape.
- Let it cook till the edges are dry and the surface is bubbling.
- Flip and cook on the other side and make more pancakes using the remaining batter.
