Yauatcha’s Black River Martini Recipe
Yauatcha’s Chef Wang Yixuan stirs up a heady storm with this Black River Martini that boasts of a delicious apricot liqueur, blackberry puree, lime juice, apple juice, and egg white spiked with some scotch and Drambuie. A poisonous drink in every sense, the cocktail is not for the faint hearted and definitely not for the weak livered.

Ingredients
- 40 ml scotch
- 10 ml apricot liqueur
- 10 ml drambuie
- 10 ml blackberry puree
- 10 ml egg white
- 10 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 30 ml apple juice

- Pour all ingredients along with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
- Strain into chilled martini glass. Serve.
