Younger TV Show Meatballs Recipe
As the fresh season of Younger hits the screen, we’re all set to reminisce the lovely food moments as Liza dedices to act 26 when actually she’s forty. While getting into younger shoes, she’s hooked to the hot tattoo artist in her neighbourhood. He’s actually pretty sweet, putting blankets on her when she passes out, finding interest in her passion and bringing her of what he describes as ‘best meatballs in the city’, the city being New York.
We’ve found a recipe that comes close to the best meatballs we’ve had and it’s our little heaven as we strive to get younger!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef*
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1/2 pound ground pork*
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp Parsley
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
- 1 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Mix veal, pork and beef together in a bowl.
- Once combined add eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Add bread crumbs and mix well while adding water little by little.
- Once the mixture is good enough to hold together and a little moist, start shaping it into the meatballs.
- Heat olive oil.
- Fry the meatballs till they turn brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oil and drain excess oil.
- Enjoy while hot!
