Roasted Garlic Oil Recipe

- 1 head Unpeeled Garlic
- 1.5 cups olive oil 355ml
- Coarse or Kosher Salt to taste

Instructions
- Roast garlic by breaking apart and tossing it in a tiny bit of oil and baking at 350'F (177'C) until tender (about 30 minutes).
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and mix. Warm through.
- Allow oil to steep in a warm place for 30 minutes. Store without straining and strain oil as needed.
