The Permit Room All Set To Host A Pop Up At Toit Brewery In Mumbai

Toit Brewery is completing one year in Mumbai and to mark its anniversary they are hosting a pop-up by The Permit Room. The latter is a popular, award winning dining space that showcases a variety of South Indian delicacies and features cuisines from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. The pop-up will however focus on a variety of cultural influences in Bengaluru and bring it on a Mumbai-kar’s plate.

Month Long Pop Up In Mumbai

“The Permit Room likes to have fun with South Indian food, keeping authentic flavours intact. It is a modern concoction of curated age old signatures. They include 4 unique thalis (veg, chicken, seafood and all meat options) available for lunch and dishes such as Bellary Baba’s Badnekai, Kuzhi Panniyaram Sliders, Pandi Curry and Nalli Biryani” mentions Chef Kavan Kuttapa, Head of Creative Culinary, PH4 Food and Beverages Pvt Ltd.

The pop-up by The Permit Room is a month-long one and will commence on 15th November at Toit Brewery. The brewery will also be featuring a limited edition beer for the pop-up called The Chevallier Bitter. The beer is an award winning one which was launched by the brewery’s founders who dedicated it to Mumbai. The beer has an earthy flavour with medium bitterness and has aromas of warm cracker and biscuit with a prevalent malt flavour.
