What To Expect
The menu in question is the ROC-B-QUE that offers a variety of barbecue delights as small and large plates. For those small bites you can opt for Charred Hawaiian Veg Skewers (Huli huli spice rubbed assorted vegetables, glazed with sticky Haiwaan BBQ sauce), Chipotle Chicken Skewers (Chargrilled chicken tenders marinated with Smokey Chipotle & Tex-Mex spice rub, served with honey mustard dip) Sticky Texas Wings (Kansas Spiced rubbed sticky tangy grilled wings) and Spicy Charred Cajun Chicken Drumstick (Spicy tangy charred chicken drumssticks).
You can also pick from some 7 Spice Alfaham Arabic grilled Chicken Skewers (Arabic 7 spice rubbed chicken skewers with Sumac & garlic mayo) and Katsu Chicken Slider (Golden Panko crusted chicken slider, laced with tonkatsu BBQ sauce, sambal mayo, seven spiced slaw. Served with seasoned fries).
If you are crazy hungry after hearing the smashing rock band at the Hard Rock Cafe then order some South of the border Cottage Cheese (Chargrilled cottage cheese, on a bed of Mexican spiced rice, laced with tangy southern spiced cream sauce & homemade cowboy salsa), Caribbean Jerk Chicken (Homemade Caribbean Jerk seasoning of fragrant & fiery jerk chicken, with notes of warm all spice and bright vinegar, served with spiced pilaf rice & grilled Caribbean veggie skewer), Mediterranean Chicken (Herb crusted grilled chicken, laced with chardonnay fondue sauce, tomato basil raghu, sautéed herb vegetables & spaghetti tossed in chili garlic & olive oil (aglio e olio style), Tenderloin steak or the Norwegian Salmon.
