- 3 boiled potaotes
- 1/2 cup singhara atta
- 1 tsp rock salt
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and mash them along with the flour, salt and chillies.
- Form a dough-like structure and divide it into four even portions.
- Take one portion and shape them into a flat tikki with your hands.
- Repeat with with the other portions as well.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis till you get a crispy brown crust on both sides.
