The Hutt species on Star Wars had really interesting food and this particular dish is nothing but an egg and ham sandwiched between a muffin. Try this killer combination for breakfast and boost your morning with a little inter-galactic magic!

- 1 whole wheat English muffin
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Water
- 2 tbsp Shredded Cheese
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 sliced sausage

- Slice the muffin into half and toast both the pieces.
- In a muffin-sized microwave container, break open the egg and beat with the water.
- Sprinkle the cheese on the egg and cook in the microwave for about 40 seconds.
- Meanwhile spread the mayonnaise and mustard on the inner sides on the muffin slices and once the egg is ready place it on one of the muffin slices.
- Place the other half and serve.
