- 340 ml full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey
- 1/2 tsp super green protein powder optional
- 1/2 tsp coconut butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon as required

- Combine all ingredients in a high power blender or a pot.
- Whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk or blend on high for 1 minute until frothy.
