One Pot Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe
We have all seen our mothers and grandmothers cook oh-so-yummy Gajar Ka Halwa during holidays but we also know it took hours to cook! This One Pot recipe reduces the time spent in the kitchen and also the cleaning up that comes after.

Ingredients
- 5 cups carrots grated
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp Elaichi/Cardamom
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp Almonds sliced

Instructions
- Add carrots and milk to a pot. Cover with a glass lid and leave for 30 minutes. Stir after 20 minutes to make sure the carrots don't stick to the pot.
- Once the carrots are well cooked, add cardamom, sugar and almond flour. Let it cook for another 3 minutes.
- Finally add ghee to the mixture and remove from the stove.
- Garnish with the almonds and serve hot!
