Mexican Spirals Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - 250 g cream cheese
 - 1 cup cooked chicken diced
 - 100 g Monterey Jack cheese shredded
 - cup ¼fresh coriander chopped
 - 2 tbsp jalapeno peppers diced
 - 2 tsp ground cumin
 - 3 flour tortillas 10”
 - vegetable oil
 - Salsa
 - sour cream

    Instructions
    
                - In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, monterey jack cheese, coriander, jalapeno peppers, and cumin.
 - Spread the mixture evenly over tortillas.
 - Roll each tortilla tightly around.
 - Wrap tightly in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
 - Just before serving, cut each tortilla roll into ½” slices.
 - Grease a baking sheet by brushing it with oil and place on a baking tray.
 - Bake the spirals in 350 degree for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
 - Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.
