The savoury crepe is as delicious as it is healthy. Moreover, it is super easy to make and can be whipped up real quick. However, to step up the health ante of the chilla, a few ingredients can be tweaked. For instance, the oats chilla, which is made with powdered oats instead of besan.

Instructions
Powder the oats in a grinder and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients except oil.
Pour water as needed and make a batter that is not very thin or thick.
Heat oil in a pan and pour about a ladle of batter.
Spread it gently and drizzle oil around the edges.
When cooked, flip it and cook on the other side as well. Once cooked, you should be able to see golden-brown spots on both sides.
