- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup cold coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Shredded coconut for garnishing
- basil leaves for garnishing

- Place the cranberries, coconut milk and cinnamon into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
