Embark on a culinary journey as Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield brings ‘Flavours of Kerala’ to M Café, the all-day dining restaurant as part of the 10-day Kerala Food Festival. The southern state is known as the ‘Land of Spices’ as it offers a wide array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Helming the majestic experience, Chef Bineesh from Kochi Marriott has put together a unique menu recreating the authentic dishes from the region. The buffet menu comprises of Kozhi Chukka, Natholi Fry, Parippu Thenga Curry, Avial with a generous use of coconut, chilli and spices, prepared in zesty flavours inspired from various districts of Kerala.
