Fish Fry Recipe
Everyone has a favourite way to fry fish, but it’s nice to break out of our boxes once in a while! This Andhra fish fry recipe requires only a handful of ingredients and fresh fish of your choice. The ingredients work well with various types of fish; both freshwater and fish from the sea.

    Ingredients
    
                - 250 grams fish fillets/pieces
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
- oil for frying

    Instructions
    
                - Rinse the fish and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Mix the turmeric, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and chili powder together.
- Coat the fish with this mixture, and allow it to sit for half an hour.
- Fry the fish in hot oil, flipping after three minutes.
- Place the fish on paper towels to seep out excess oil.
