Jeevan Bheema Nagar in Bengaluru is a quiet residential area filled with working class professionals and families. Although there aren’t too many restaurants in the area, there are a quite a few number to satisfy whatever you are craving at the moment. From Vegetarian to Coffee Shops, here is a definitive list of few of those restaurants.
Vegetarian
1. Bhikaram Chandmal Bhujiawala
The best street-side chaat served in and around Jeevan Bheema Nagar, Bhikaram is known for their authentic bhel puri and pani puri, along with their traditional Indian sweets.
2. Spicy Corner
Spicy Corner’s menu consists of a combination of Indian and Chinese items which are quite easy on the stomach and affordable on the wallet.
3. Sagar Deluxe
If you are in the mood gobble up some delicious South Indian food, head on down to Sagar Deluxe, the best place to spend your evening chai with some delicious dosas.
Non-Vegetarian
4. Leon Grill
The perfect spot to indulge in delicious and affordable Arabian food, Leon Grill is famous for its humongous fried chicken burgers, chicken doners, falafel and peri peri chicken dishes. Add a side of french fries topped with chili garlic sauce to your order to spice up your evening.

Bekal is the place to visit if you are in the mood for some mouth-watering seafood dishes. Known for their traditional Kerala and Mangalorean cuisine, the best dish on the menu, personally, is their prawn ghee roast.

It is quite difficult to find a traditional Chettinad restaurant which serves up authentic flavours and dishes from the spicy cuisine in Bengaluru. Aathurar comes as close to the traditional dishes like aatu kaal paaya (goat leg stew) and chettinad spicy biryani.

As the name suggests, The Biryanis is quite popular for its…biryanis, among other delicious items like fish chilly and tandoor dishes.

A cozy ambiance with a wide variety of tea and coffee items on the menu, Tot Cafe is one of the few places to hang out with a nice cup of coffee and book in Jeevan Bheema Nagar. Tot is famous for their Ethiopian and Costa Rican blend of coffees along with several varieties of teas like Darjeeling and Chinese Jasmine.
9. Cafe Coffee Day
We weren’t kidding when we said there are only a few places in Jeevan Bheema Nagar where you can go to get some good coffee. Although not quite our favourite, Cafe Coffee Day’s menu will do just fine when we are too lazy to travel far for a quick cup of coffee.

Laddoos is famous for its street food but also their traditional Indian sweets like your gulab jamuns and jalebis of the world. Freshly prepared with a homemade touch, the sweets here are as sinful as you want them to be.

Sweet Chariot is the place to visit for their delicious desserts, especially their delectable cakes. From butter scotch to coffee walnut, if you are a cake fanatic, you are bound to find someone recommending Sweet Chariot to you.
