An assembly of the finest culinary connoisseurs meet a premium collection of exhibitors from across the country who provide every gourmet product imaginable! Exhibitors include Sancha Tea from Delhi, Halli Berri with coffee from the Chikmagalur forest, the Flying Squirrel from Coorg for single estate coffee, vegan cheese by Millie’s Vegan, Caroselle Cheese from Kodaikanal and the newly opened Cheese Shop; Green Tokri directly from their farms in Pune, cold pressed oils by the Oil Collective, Taal with pink salts and honey from the Kumaon Hills and Happy Healthy Me organic snacks. Beat the summer heat with natural sparkling juices by the Good Juicery and slurpilicious smoothies by Smoodies. New to the market are Frubites freeze dried fruit from Pune, Rejoov cold pressed juices, organic gulkand by Gulabo and Cocosutra granola. Bliscent from Mumbai, Soul Tree from Delhi and Samasth Wellness from Kolkata represent natural wellness products.
