Chef Shubhaa Vilaasinie, an award-winning chef, she was trained at Le Cordon Bleu, the world’s largest hospitality education. She has worked with Chef Vikas Khanna and was the Food Ambassador for Chef Jamie Oliver.
She will be teaching the Mediterranean and Italian cuisines in two separate sessions at Foodology, Adyar, Chennai. The Mediterranean session called Magic Mediterranean Medley is on Aug 22nd, 2017 from 11 am to 1.30 pm. The menu includes Cream of spinach soup, Pesto olive tapenade, Lavash bread, Chickpeas stew, Puff pastry pinwheels.
The second session will be concentrated on the Italian cuisine. Called Exclusively Italian, this session deals exclusively with Italian session.The menu includes Minestrone soup, Rostii with cuban spiced vegetables, Italian salad with home made croutons, Candied rose petal parfait. It will be held from Aug 23rd, 2017 from 11 am to 1.30 pm
Now, for the little master chefs! A special session will be held just for kids to ignite their interest in cooking. Kids cookout will be held on Aug 27th, 2017 from 11 am to 1.30 pm, and the menu includes Peach Sunrise mocktail, Zucchini cheddar cheese muffins, Anzac biscuits, Veg meatballs with spaghetti.
