Little.BIG Restaurant Is Our New Favourite In G-Town!
I haven’t come across any restaurant until now that gives so much thought to the fact that both grown-ups and children should be able to have a enjoyable meal at a restaurant. Little.BIG is based on a similar philosophy that grown-ups, children and grown-ups with children, alldeserve the meal they want and the dining experience they’d most enjoy, and that these do not have to be mutually exclusive. he restaurant came about when the co-founders, Aftab Sidhu, Aditi Datta and Raj Sanyal, were looking for places to take their kids, and realised that there were plenty and more ways to keep the children entertained, but none that allowed them to simultaneously enjoy a grown-up experience.
There is a lot of thought that has been put into designing this place – there is a separate all-wood play area for the children, they have made sure that all the furniture present is child-friendly with padded tables and no sharp edges. Coming to the food, it definitely surpassed all my expectations. Every dish on the menu is unique and worth-a-try. They serve Western European & Asian Cuisine. I tried the Peruvian Roast Chicken, Shakshouk with egg & sourdough bread, Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles, Mezze Platter, Spinach pasta, Lamb Kefteh , Brownie Shake, Strawberry Oats Smoothie, Pomegranate & Thyme Spritzer. The meal ended with a decadent Chocolate Glaze Cake and Banoffee! Everything tasted just perfect, all their ingredients are fresh and some are even procured from Uttarakhand and the freshness definitely reflected in the taste.
We highly recommend this place to everyone living around Gurgaon or even Delhi – it’s definitely a restaurant worth visiting, especially for their innovative food!
