                - 1 banana
 - cup ½almond milk
 - cup ¼Roasted Almonds
 - 1 tsp cinnamon

                - Mix banana and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
 - Add almonds, cinnamon, and ice and puree.
 - Serve.
