- 1 cup atta
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- tsp ½chat masala
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 3 potatoes (boiled peeled and cubed)
- cup ¼cheese grated
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- Oil/ghee as needed
- salt to taste
- in coriander leaves can be usedplace of green chutney

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadhai and splutter the jeera.
- Add the boiled, peeled and roughly cubed potatoes.
- Add dhaniya powder, chat masala, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
- Knead the dough and keep aside for 20 minutess.
- Then knead again, and divide into 9 or 10 equal sized balls, roll it out into a slightly thick roti.
- Roast both sides on a pan without browning it too much. Prepare all the rotis and keep aside.
Assembling the roll
- Take one roti, spread a teaspoon of green chutney first.
- Then add the prepared potato, cheese, and ketchup on top of it.
- Lastly add the chopped onion.
- First fold in from the sides, and then fold up from the bottom to cover the stuffing and roll.
- Sprinkle a little bit of cheese towards the end. Toast with ghee it if needed.
- Serve.
